Ticket Sales & Guest Relations (15 - 25 hours per week)

Supervisor (15 - 25 hours per week or full time)

Customer Service Standard
We sell fun! Team members are expected to provide excellence in guest service with a friendly smile and fun attitude.

Presentation Standards
Team members are required to dress appropriately according to our uniform standard.
Tattoos must not be visible at any time whilst in uniform and no facial jewellery is to be worn whilst on duty.

Rosters
We operate seven days per week. Team members must be flexible and available to work a seven-day rotating roster.

Holiday Work
We do have additional work over holiday periods, so if you are seeking holiday work only go ahead with your application. You will be required to be available to work a seven-day roster during the holiday period.
